• We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. Unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly.
• Please provide accurate information when booking to ensure efficient service.

3. Pricing and Payment

• We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Additional costs, if any, will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, debit, and financing through approved partners.
• Promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

4. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Actual costs may vary if conditions differ from what was initially assessed. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products and equipment.
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including parking.
• Ensure the work area is free from hazards and pets are secured.
• Provide accurate information about existing systems and conditions.
• Authorize work before it begins and be available for questions during the service.

7. Emergency Service

We offer 24/7 emergency service for urgent plumbing and heating issues. Emergency rates may apply. Response times vary based on demand and location.
