Our team understands that your satisfaction is the key to our success, and we work hard to help every member of our staff excel at meeting your unique requirements.

I'll be honest, as we grew, I felt a real sense of anxiety. I needed to step back and train others to take over many of the jobs I used to do for you myself.

Because I care so much about the quality of the work we do, we built a system to personally mentor our apprentices for at least three years before they head out on their own. All of our staff receive ongoing training to ensure that even our most seasoned Red Seal tradespeople continue to offer you the best possible products, service, and workmanship — what we call the "Instant Way."

I've always believed that if you treat your staff with fairness and respect, they will deliver that same fairness and respect to your customers. When my team succeeds, you receive the best possible service, and that's something I never take for granted.

We built this company one customer at a time, and to this day, nearly 85% of our work comes from referrals and repeat business. That is something I am incredibly proud of, and I want to sincerely thank you for your trust and support over the years.
