Not only is winter fast approaching but as you probably know, many businesses including Instant Plumbing & Heating, have been experiencing supply chain issues and material shortages that are providing challenges for us to resolve some home servicing problems on a timely basis.
Given the current conditions, we expect that this situation will become even more of a problem during the winter months to come.
We at Instant Plumbing & Heating have been proactively ordering extra parts and equipment to help us best prepare for a cold winter season but we are still experiencing shortages and long wait times for some critical parts required for such things as furnace repairs, motor replacements, new furnaces and water filtration equipment replacements.
As a result, we expect that we will experience more demand than supply over the winter months so we are hoping that you will consider planning ahead for any anticipated service requirements.
We are encouraging you to consider booking ahead for any furnace maintenance, replacements, repairs or other winter preparations to help winterize your home.
This will allow us time to order whatever parts and equipment that might be required to try to ensure that we have the parts we may need to assist you and prioritize the materials for your order.
Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to receive everything to meet your needs during this challenging situation, we will do everything possible to ensure that your home is ready for the coming winter season.
As an additional back-up, we encourage you to consider purchasing some portable electric heaters for your home from one of your local hardware stores to help keep you and your family comfortable should something go wrong with your heating system in the meantime.
