You can finance your brand-new furnace installation. It is very quick to get approved.
Your choice of furnace needs to be well-informed. Choosing the wrong unit won’t just cost you money over its lifetime, but could affect your comfort, quiet and safety. There aren’t any easy do-overs with a purchase like this!
We recommend and install Bryant heating systems, and we’ll help you select the model best suited to your home. Chances are there are choices available now that didn’t exist when your original unit was installed, such as variable speed airflow and much more efficient two-stage or step modulating burners.
When selecting a particular furnace model, we’ll evaluate your entire home and do heat loss calculations to determine what you’ll need in terms of BTUs. These machines give highest efficiency at full operating temperature; too small a furnace won’t do the job when winter is coldest, and an oversized furnace will, in effect, deliver lower efficiency.
Furnace design has made great advances in recent decades. The furnace in your parents’ house was most likely a single-stage burner that had two settings: OFF and FULL BLAST. Modern furnaces can deliver much better efficiency with smoother, more even heat, and do it more quietly. They achieve this by modulating the performance of the burner and the fan.

I had my water softener, water filtration system, new furnace, air filtration, humidifier, and tankless water heater installed by Instant Plumbing about 2 years ago by Jason.
I cannot say enough how pleased I am by these products, how they work, the informative and friendly installation by Jason, and the followup.
Jason was here for the annual inspection and he was immensely thorough and helpful in teaching me things to watch to maintain throughout the year. I feel as though Jason basically does my house maintenance for me and I believe that I am in very good hands indeed. Anthony did the check this year, and he was most efficient and thorough, even being willing to drive back to the shop in the cold to pick up more materials. He also determined I had dangerously high water pressure and was able to fix that.
I recommend Instant Plumbing with no hesitation. I am very grateful to them, and 100% trusting. I would use no other plumbing company. Thank you to George and your group!

You can trust Daikin and your Daikin Dealer to provide you with the best warranty program in the industry. Daikin’s standard warranty provides a solid level of protection on all Daikin products providing peace of mind.
We urge you to beware of bargains where your furnace is concerned. We’re talking about a crucial investment in your home. Don’t forget you’re actually buying two things: the furnace, and an expert installation. The very best furnace poorly installed cannot deliver what it should, and a low-ball fixed price won’t be taking into account any complexities that could arise with your particular installation.
With the Daikin brand DM97MC Modulating, Variable-Speed ComfortNet™ Communicating Systems Furnace, you will own what we believe to be our best furnace. Not only will this furnace provide your family with years of reliable warmth in even the harshest winters, it will do so economically.
The Daikin brand DM96VC Variable-Speed ComfortNet™ Communicating Systems Furnace provides exceptional indoor comfort and quiet operation. This furnace features a stainlesssteel tubular heat exchanger and durable silicon nitride ignition system.
Unlike single-stage gas furnaces that operate ‘all on’ or ‘all off,’ a Daikin two-stage, variable-speed gas furnace minimizes energy use by running at the lowest possible fan speed to produce just the right amount of heat to keep a steady, comfortable temperature in your home.
Here in Calgary, the furnace is the single largest consumer of energy in the home, so naturally you’ll want the highest efficiency available to you. Achievement of your furnace’s touted efficiency rating requires expert installation and calibration to fit your home’s requirements. This means attention to many details and interconnecting systems: heating capacity, duct work, gas piping, venting, provision for combustion air, flue gas condensate disposal, electrical requirements, air filtering, humidification, and more. For instance, sizing matters a lot; a mismatch with the size of the duct distribution system can result in excessive static pressure causing high fan power usage, in turn causing a drop in overall efficiency.
It’s not enough to just pop a furnace in and turn it on (“Got heat? OK, see ya!”). We’ll employ specialized combustion analyzing equipment to ensure that the installed unit performs with the highest efficiency it can deliver.
There is a component we can add during furnace installation that will make adding air conditioning simpler and cheaper– an evaporative coil assembly (commonly called an A-coil or N-coil, depending on the shape). Including one of these coils will add about $400 to the furnace installation, but when the time comes to add air conditioning, you’ll avoid the greater labour cost of having to re-do any tinwork.

We’re committed to providing our customers the very best value, and sometimes that’s not the lowest price. Get the right furnace installed properly by the most experienced technicians available. In the end, quality doesn’t cost– it pays!
