ULTRAMAX Softener |
We use ULTRAMAX systems (a Canadian company) because they soften, condition, and filter your water. Further, we install all softener systems according to City of Calgary Backflow Requirements. |
Every 2 years, the brine barrel should be dumped, salt added, and Cycles checked. You can do this yourself, or hire us for about 1 hour's service. |
| Water Purification |

Using a Reverse Osmosis system, this removes Calcium, Magnesium, Chlorine and Fluoride particles. That means you can drink pure, clean tasting water. It also means you can bathe and shower in water free of Carcinogens or other particles which can cause kidney stones or gallstones. |
Our systems take standard 2" x 10" filters, easily purchased through us, or at most hardware chains (i.e. it is not a proprietary design that you must only buy through us, unlike others on the market). Annual service is needed to change the filters, (1 hour of our time, or do it yourself.) |

Larger homes should consider copper because of its greater inside diameters, ensuring higher water pressure/flow rates over longer pipe distances. |

We use TOTO because it offers a 5 yr. warranty. It also saves water, but works well (no double flushing required.) With optional upgrades ranging from $1800 - $10K you can enjoy the comfort of seat heat, warm bidet, deodorizing, and even warm air drying all within one toilet fixture! It is also removable should you choose to sell your home and want to take it with you. |

As well-trained plumbers, we ensure we have better tools, can find the problem faster than most, and can clean drains from most logical point. We use flexible power augers, so we can often get a 3h job down to 15 minutes. |

We favour higher quality products for installation, although we can repair many brands. Our policy is to try to fix faucets first (if they are worth fixing) - not just try to sell you a new product. With an emphasis on quality, we stock Grohe products in our vans, and only use OEM brands (i.e. no imitations). All products are CSA/above Code. |
We include 1 year parts/labour now. Products carry various warranties which we honor in-house. |

We use Grohe and Moen shower heads because they offer quality products that their manufacturers fully support. Products are flow rated to 2.5 GPM flow for water efficiency. Our fixtures offer many pulsating and water saving features. Grohe (high end) or Moen (mid-range) brands only. |

We use Bryant Furnaces, which are up to 96% efficient, and very quiet running in the home. |
Annual service suggested (as with any furnace brand) to maintain peak performance. We also offer extended warranties. |

We chose these brands because they all offer high-end flow through, which requires far less maintenance. A new General Aire steam humidifier offers huge performance and savings. |
General Aire or Bryant offer 1 yr x 5 yr full/extended warranties, extendable to 10 x 10 parts and labour. |
| Indoor Air Quality |
Bryant Indoor Air Quality Solutions, including Hepa filters |
To filter the indoor air in your home, we recommend Bryant Hepa filters to reduce spores, bacteria, dust, and mold. It's a great way to avoid illness in the winter months. |
Filters need to be changed 1/year. |

We offer Bryant Air Conditioning systems because they are the best product on the market for residential use. The line is sized according to climate, size of home. Very quiet also. |

We also offer fresh air exchange duct work. This preheats air from outside, and gives you fresher, purer air (not stale, used air). We expect this type of equipment will become required in Calgary in the near future in new homes. |
