Instant Plumbing Ltd. began as Action Plumbing, founded in 1972, by George Pinel, Sr. and his wife, Shirley. A name change was necessitated in 2001, due to confusion with a competitor with a similar name, and also to give the business a new start once ownership was transferred to George Pinel Junior.

A proud family business, Instant Plumbing has always aimed to provide a welcoming, warm and honest family environment. Many of our customers have been with us for greater than 20 years, having seen our staff (especially young George, who started helping his father on the job at age 12) grow up year after year!

Our Team

George Pinel, Jr., Master Plumber, Owner: George began working in the plumbing trade alongside his father (pictured directly left) from the age of 12, which is why many of our clients say theyÂ’ have watched George grow up. (Yes, that's George Junior on the phone and holding up the plunger proudly in the upper left photos...of course you've gotta add 30 years to those photos!) Calm and well-respected by the staff, George is exceptionally creative in troubleshooting plumbing issues quickly and wisely.

Carolyn Pinel, Co-Owner, Accounting: When Carolyn married George, she married the business too. Never afraid to get things done, Carolyn handles the very demanding financial accounting role at Instant Plumbing.

Michele S., Office Administrator: Michele is a top-drawer professional in every way, and she brings great energy to both her job, and the Instant Plumbing office in general! We are very pleased to have her on board.

Paul W., Journeyman Plumber: Paul has been with Instant Plumbing Ltd. since he began plumbing, and is a fully qualified Journeyman Plumber and Gas fitter. Paul is fully trained in our policies and procedures and always delivers the highest level of skill and service. Further, his ability to communicate and understand our customers' needs makes us happy to have him on our team.

Ted K., Journeyman Plumber: Joining Instant Plumbing in 2004, TedÂ’s pleasant attitude and solid qualifications make him a great asset to our team. Always helpful, and giving a little extra, he is easy going with customers and conscientious in his workmanship.

Patrick B., Plumbing Apprentice: Joining our team in 2005, Patrick is an advanced apprentice, who is very well-liked by our customers. Running a service vehicle since 2007, he is a fast learner and quick-witted.

Paul O., Plumbing Apprentice: New to our team as of November 2007, Paul has extensive water treatment expertise having been a former plumber for Culligan. He offers plumbing and high end service for water treatment systems.

Martin A., Plumbing Apprentice: Martin is a second year apprentice, who joined Instant Plumbing in November 2007. A keen self-starter, Martin has quickly adapted to our procedures as he assists on customer sites.

Cody L., Plumbing Apprentice: Cody is new (2010) to our staff here at Instant Plumbing, and he's already demonstrating a great work ethic - adding new energy to our experienced team.
